Our Strategic Plan

Our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan sets a clear and united direction for our school, reflecting our commitment to student success in our small rural setting. Developed in consultation with our community, our plan focuses on six strategic pillars: Strong Relationships and Community Partnerships, Safe and Inclusive Learning Environments, Empowered and Strategic Leadership, Quality Teaching, Student Achievement and Progress, and Effective Use of Resources. Through our collective efforts, we aim to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing school culture where every student is supported to thrive.
